One Broadway Plaza is an under construction 37 story office tower (493 feet tall) being developed by Caribou Industries.
One Broadway Plaza is an under construction 37 story office tower (493 feet tall) being developed by Caribou Industries.
Photo taken by Lisandro Orozco on September 23, 2016 shows an aerial photo of the project site where excavation work had taken place.
A recent visit to the construction site showed an addition of a small construction crane and vertical drill indicating the continuation of foundation work.

When completed, the One Broadway Plaza office tower would become the tallest building in Orange County surpassing the current tallest towers in the Irvine Spectrum area.
