Five Story Apartment Proposed in Orange

Developer Branch West proposes a five story multifamily apartment development in the City of Orange located at the west side of the City near the Stadium Promenade. 


​The proposed project, known as Branch West Orange, is located at 1725 W Katella Avenue with a lot size of about 1.10 acres. Currently, there is an existing two story building (total 19,680 square feet) for light industrial and office uses. The proposed project requires demolishing the existing building.  
​
The proposed five story building will consist of a total of 94 dwelling units at the top four floors with parking provided on the ground level and one level below ground (total of 161 vehicle parking spaces). The table below shows the breakdown of the type of residential units and the required vehicle parking:
