Mixed Use Development Proposed at First American Title Co Site in Downtown Santa Ana

Located in Downtown Santa Ana, a new residential and commercial mixed-use development is proposed to replace the existing First American Title Co building.

The existing First American Title Co building sits on a site at the north-eastern corner of Main Street and 4th Street. The proposed project includes two sites the first is the aforementioned First American Title Co site and across the street to the north is an existing surface parking lot at the north-western corner of 5th Street and Bush Street.

In total, the developer proposes 218 residential units along with commercial space totaling 8,900 square feet. A total of 341 vehicle parking spaces is proposed. The site with the existing First American Title Co building will have 194 residential units while the smaller 5th Street and Bush Street site will have 24 residential units.

Rendering shows a mid-rise seven-story building with commercial space on the ground floor abutting 4th Street. Across the street to the east of the First American Title Co project site is the popular food hall, Fourth Street Market.
