Revisiting the Apartment Next to Angel Stadium

The George is an upcoming apartment in Anaheim's Platinum Triangle district standing five stories tall. The developer for this project is Lyon Living.

The name of the development, The George, is a homage to George Hansen who founded Anaheim in 1857.

Recent visit shows The George apartment has reached its maximum floor count of five stories tall. The 340 apartment unit is located adjacent to Angel Stadium and according to Architects Orange, the architect for the project, The George is the closest new development to the stadium. 

When completed, the project will also include 24,000 sq. feet of amenity rooftop space including a swimming pool, a spa, a fitness center, an outdoor biergarten, and fire tables and BBQs. Additional amenities includes bike storage rooms, coffee lounge, two courtyards, a collaborative work space, and a Pet Spaw. 

The website for The George has the completion date set for Summer 2017.
