 By: Chad Kim The hotel projects in Anaheim Resort, shown below, are already completed, but still worth taking a trip down memory lane to see the final outcome compared to the rendering.  Cambria Hotel Anaheim Resort Area: Located at the northeast corner of Katella Ave and Anaheim Blvd, the triangle shaped site consisting of 5.89 acres includes the completed 12 story Cambria Hotel & Suites that has 352 hotel rooms. 3601 West Sunflower (Source: Meridian) NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. – Meridian, a full-service real estate developer and owner of medical real estate, is pleased to announce that the firm has closed escrow on the purchase of a 53,500-square-foot, two-story medical office building in Santa Ana, California. The purchase price was $20.35 million and Meridian plans to invest an additional $5 million in building improvements.
