Hanley Investment Group Arranges Sale of Newly Renovated Pride of Ownership Multi-Tenant Coastal Orange County Retail Investment

  Village Plaza at Huntington Harbour has over 270 feet of prime Pacific Coast Highway frontage    HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif. --  Hanley Investment Group Real Estate Advisors, a nationally recognized real estate brokerage and advisory firm specializing in retail property sales, announced today that the firm has arranged the sale of Village Plaza at Huntington Harbour, a 20,328-square-foot multi-tenant retail center  with  over 270 feet of prime Pacific Coast Highway frontage  in Huntington Beach, California . Hanley Investment Group’s Executive Vice Presidents Jeff Lefko and Bill Asher, along with Senior Associate Beau Velten, represented the seller, a private partnership based in Palm Springs, California. The buyer, a private partnership from Los Angeles, California, was represented by Mel Zelenak of Maly Realty. A Look Back at the Completed Anaheim Resort Hotels

 By: Chad Kim The hotel projects in Anaheim Resort, shown below, are already completed, but still worth taking a trip down memory lane to see the final outcome compared to the rendering.  Cambria Hotel Anaheim Resort Area: Located at the northeast corner of Katella Ave and Anaheim Blvd, the triangle shaped site consisting of 5.89 acres includes the completed 12 story Cambria Hotel & Suites that has 352 hotel rooms. Meridian Acquires 100%-Vacant, 53,500-SF Building for $20.35 Million in Orange County for MOB Conversion

3601 West Sunflower (Source: Meridian) NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. – Meridian, a full-service real estate developer and owner of medical real estate, is pleased to announce that the firm has closed escrow on the purchase of a 53,500-square-foot, two-story medical office building in Santa Ana, California. The purchase price was $20.35 million and Meridian plans to invest an additional $5 million in building improvements.
